While still actively competing, Sims is passionate about preserving the essence of old-school boxing camps—the discipline, grit, and fundamentals that shaped the sport’s greatest champions. Having been coached by legendary trainers, he brings that knowledge forward into his teaching. More than a fighter, Anthony Sims Jr. is a boxer, educator, and historian of the sport he loves. His mission is to pass on authentic boxing knowledge and keep the true spirit of boxing alive for the next generation.
